All pre-order custom sneakers have a production period of 8-12 weeks. Orders will be shipped out upon completion. Expedited orders are available for a rush fee, please email nobrainer@outlook.sg to inquire.

Customers will receive an email notification once orders have been shipped. Please check the check the spam/promotions folder for tracking email notifications. Please note: If an order is stuck in pending status for days, it is likely that the carrier has not updated the tracking information with a recent scan. Not to worry - submit a ticket to nobrainer@outlook.sg and we will assist you by following up with the carrier to provide an update.
